[UIMA-2013] CPM's StatusCallbackListener.getFailedComponentNames() doesnt identify failed components

Description

For some reason, the CPM doesnt set component name when notifying an application of an error. Instead, it sets a context (like "Process") when an error occurred. It would be useful for an application to know where the failure happened. When exception is thrown, the CPE creates an instance of EntityProcessStatusImpl and calls addEventStatus() to provide context as well as the exception before forwarding this to an application via registered listener callback. It seems that addEventStatus() needs to change to include failed component name.
