[UIMA-1971] AggregateAnalysisEngineController should disable Delta CAS serialization if a remote delegate replies with a full CAS

Description

When a Aggregate AE controller receives a full CAS in reply from a remote delegate, it should disable delta CAS serialization for all subsequent serialization of this CAS. This applies particularly when remote service is a UIMA C++ service which does not currently support Delta CAS.
