      Description

      UIMA AS currently uses an old version of AMQ. There have been numerous bug fixes and improvements to AMQ since v.4.1.1. Test compatibility of UIMA AS with a newer version of AMQ and modify POMs and other scripts accordingly.

        There are still a few references to ActiveMQ 4.1.1 left in various UIMA AS scrips, UIMA AS docbook (async.monitoring.and.tunning.xml), and java code (JmxMonitor). Grep all projects to catch all the references to 4.1.1. and replace with 5.4.1.

        Also, remove the 4.1.1 Jars, etc. that become part of the source distribution (if not removed).
