[UIMA-1516] Deleted annotations remain highlighted

Description

Open a previously annotated document. When you now select any annotation which already exists and delete it via the delete button, its highlighting in the annotation editor does not disappear until you close and reopen the document.

On the contrary, highlighting of annotations (and no highlighting of deleted annotations) that have been created after opening the document works fine.
