Description

CASes returned from an inner aggregate CM are not associated with an input CAS. An error occurs when the client aggregate attempts to locate a Flow Object using an invalid Cas reference id. When an inner aggregate returns a CAS back to the client it must set the parent id property to the id of the input CAS.
