[UIMA-1114] DocumentAnalyzer: html view doesn't work for aggregates

Description

To reproduce, use the sandbox Tagger aggregate. You need to add output capabilities for the DocumentAnalyzer to show any results (is this documented?). Then you see annotations in the java viewer, but not in html.

In Firefox 2, there's also a Javascript error. There's no error in IE 6, but still no annotations are displayed
