Description

Current uima-as docbook depends on uima-docbook for its definition of entities. Remove this dependency by copying the entities into uima-as-docbook, and changing the references to that. Also - remove unused dependency on "sister-project" for uima-as-docbook - the sister project being uima-docbook (because it isn't used). This change allows the build/assembly operation of uima-as to not require uima-docbook.
