[TWILL-88] HDFS delegation token is not included when SecureStoreUpdater is used

Description

When running in secure Hadoop cluster, the HDFS delegation token is included when launch an application. However, if the user added a SecureStoreUpdater to provide updates of delegation tokens, the HDFS token is not automatically added.
