      Description

The Java SDO carries a large amount of support for various date/time classes. The C++ interface works with a time_t.
This task covers planning wether date/time functions are really added value to a C++ developer, and adding any support which is deemed necessary as a result of the analysis. The work should be based on consistency with the java specification.
