Description

The attached java test cases need to be added in cts/sdo2.1/src/main/java/tests/sdo21/tests/api. They do not reference any resource files.

The tests should be added to the UnderReviewTestSuite for now, since they currently fail when running against Tuscany, possibly due to a bug in Tuscany.
