Description

We have a few ifdef's etc. around RNI, stuff that we no longer use / support, e.g.

#ifndef RNI_ONLY

MAX_RNI_TRANS_STATS

READ_RNI_TRANS_STAT((long) data, count, sum);

#ifdef RNI_STATIC_LINK

etc. We should probably nuke all this...
