Major Description
Currently Traffic Server has two possible instances of the Cache object – theCache and theStreamCache. Consider whether it would be interesting to be able to build arbitrary Cache instances. This could unlock features like being able to provide different quality of storage, prevent noisy neighbour problems, etc.
