it is time to drop /etc/trafficserver_root

Description

/etc/trafficserver_root is much a property binary software tweak for custom needs, so as TS_ROOT, as we are now opensourced, so there is no need to keep such a strange config way. I have a little patch will remove all /etc/traffic_server related codes from trunk.
