[TS-3889] authproxy plugin reenables the TXN before releasing the mbuffer

Description

I'm not 100% certain that this fixes the crasher we're seeing, but at a minimum it's better to change the order here. With some luck, it'll also fix the assertion that happens when mbuf is invalidated before we release it.
