Remove remnants of CACHE_RTSP_TYPE and mixt/MIXT.

    Description

      There are some remnants of CACHE_RTSP_TYPE, which I think we should eliminate. This include parsing of cache hosting which deals with e.g. "mixt" content, which is not supported in any way.
