Description
traffic_shell looks for the online help by using Layout::get()->datadir << "/trafficshell/", but on my dev system, this ends up using the wrong path. It evaluates to /opt/ats/share/trafficserver/trafficshell/show_icp.1, but the documentation is really in /opt/ats/share/doc/trafficserver/trafficshell/show_icp.1.
