    Description

      The remap.config file supports a .include directive, but files that are .included are not registered with the configuration system. This means that traffic_line -x will not notice when they get updated.

      We should register .included remap config files, but we will also have to unregister them when they are removed. Since the logic of remapping it global, we have to reload all the remap config when any of the files changes.
