Description

I can see it doing the registration, e.g.

[Aug  6 16:23:01.364] Server {0x7fff7cdb1180} DIAG: (http2.plugin) TSPluginInit:341 registered named protocol endpoint for HTTP-draft-04/2.0
[Aug  6 16:23:14.588] Server {0x112c89000} DEBUG: (ssl) [SSLNextProtocolAccept:mainEvent] event 202 netvc 0x7fc84c085710

But, it does not offer HTTP-draft-04/2.0 to the client :/. As far as I can tell, only the handlers for HTTP/1.0 and HTTP/1.1 are actually there.
