Description

closed flag is set to 1 by default when an VC is created and it is set to zero when a connection is accepted, but this
is not set to zero if the accept function is a plugin continuation handler which causes read or write on the vc to
assert
copied from bugzilla 3233211
Need to merge the change to open source.
