Description

The tree/treeTable skinning improvements talked about in the mailing list threads :"[Trinidad] Skinning the tree", "[Trinidad] tree components skinning improvement"

To the tree skinning:

• the connecting lines (with possibility to skin / disable them)
• the possibility to skin the expand/collapse icon
• the possibility to add node icons with a String getNodeType() method in the node class

For the tree table:

• the same things except the lines
• possibility to skin the expand all / collapse all icons
