    Description

Currently we are rendering <noscript> tag with a message in the body of all the pages if we are not in inaccessibility mode( Accessibility mode is configured in trinidad-config.xml) . Thus Non-JavaScript browsers display the below message

"This page uses JavaScript and requires a JavaScript enabled browser.Your browser is not JavaScript enabled"

Since the patch for Trinidad-1272 would enable the trinidad to support Non-JavaScript WAP2.O browsers, we don't need to display any message regarding the JavaScript capability of those browsers.
