Description

During install, I specified all the LDAP parameters. The install completed successfully. 

But LDAP authentication was not enabled correctly.

The TRAFODION_ENABLE_AUTHENTICATION was set to NO. This disables LDAP based authentication.

The python installer should set this flag to YES when LDAP is used.
