[TRAFODION-2473] sqnodestatus report wrong status if ssh banner is configured.

Description

If ssh banner is configured in the Linux system, (/etc/ssh/ssh_banner), sqnodestatus will not report the correct status 'nodexxx [ up ]', but only '[ ]'.
It will cause monitor fails to discover the up nodes.
