Description
monitor shell.cxx: update_cluster_state function will invoke 'sqnodestatus' command to get node status.
If hostname contains uppercase, 'sqnodestatus' will return uppercase hostnames. But monitor only handles lowercase hostnames. So it will fail to start and report below issue:
Warning: Node XXX is in a down state and is not currently available
