[TRAFODION-1995] need checksum of software package downloaded

Description

When I build trafodion ,the software package which is downloaded from internet has wrong size ,but the "traf_tools_setup.sh" and "install_local_hadoop" run successfully and don't report error/warn for this case.So I suggest needing to add their checksum .
