Description

IF the DCS is restarted without restarting REST server, the REST reports duplicate DCS connections.

http://<rest host:port>/v1/servers/dcs/connections

If you do a normal sqstop and sqrestart, everything works fine. If you also bounce rest server, again everything is fine.

The issue is when you bounce DCS only.
