Description

Files, such as ulexer.h have MIT copyrights. However, Trafodion have made a number of changes to them. If there were only minor changes, then a mention in the LICENSE.txt file is needed. However, if major changes are made, then this is considered a derived work and an Apache copyright is also required.

This needs to be investigated.
