Description

The following suggestions were made to make licensing information more fail-proof and easier to understand.

• include type of license for BSD and MIT licenses in the LICENSE.txt file
• make a copy of the license text for Protocol Buffer Java, jQuery Foundation, and asciidocs instead of referencing an external site.
