Description

The T2 test suite should include proper coverage of parallel plans involving ESPs.
This is needed to ensure IPC mechanism does not regress with any of the current changes underway.
This coverage is especially important wr.t the new work being done for multi-threaded DCS server.

Atleast one test with ESPs should be made a Gating test as well in Jenkins.
