Description

I expanded a system from 2 nodes to 4 nodes.
After modifying sqconfig, I ran sqgen.

1- the pdcp command
$SQ_PDCP -p -w ${ExNodeList[@]} -x `uname -n` sqconfig sqshell gomon.cold gomon.warm shell.env mon.env $PWD
failed since shell.env and mon.end do not exist on the source node.

2- the files sscpstart sscpstop ssmpstart and ssmpstop were regenerated but not copied to all the nodes.
