Description

When the RS goes down - for example killed by zookeeper due to out of memory conditions, the SQL query that was executing hangs and doesn't timeout for atleast an hour .
But subsequent SQL queries immediately detect that RS is down and retirn an Hbase -705 error.
The timeout values in JNI calls need to be investigated to see why the hang happens.
