Description

We seem to have a few API jars creeping in,
which should be part of the javaee-api jar:

• geronimo-jta_1.1_spec
• jakarta.annotation-api
• jakarta.jws-api
• jakarta.xml.soap-api
• jakarta.xml.ws-api

Goal is to clean it up.
