Cleanup some dead pages and broken links in docs

list of removal of pages, notable actions taken :

• mostly empty page, removed
  • annotations
  • from glassfish to tomee
  • tomee webaccess
• removed and replaced by more accurate comparison page (with features and JDK requirements)

• declaring references : empty page but referenced, what to do ?
