[TOMEE-2420] Incorrect "Wall of fame" page layout

Description

We have several issues here:

1. Photos of contributors needs to be updated if missing. (Andy's avatar is loading like 30 seconds)
2. If there is no contributor photo then we should use some generic user image something like this https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2016/04/15/18/05/computer-1331579_960_720.png or something similar.
3. Photos are out of square layout
4. We should use full names - Andy and Vishwanath have no surname on page
5. Associated links to external websites like "blog, github, linked" etc. should be in alignment with rest of the content.
