Description

LoaderServlet is in tomee-webapp to allow drop in war but actually it only works when the user has luck (depend deployment order).

To ease users to embed tomee they can already do a war overlay of the desired tomee war but running it is not that easy out of the box. tomee-overlay-runner will be a jar to add to the webapp to make it working.
