Description

The attached patch adds support for the 'decay' attribute to AutoUpdateDataTable.
It defines the rate at which the request interval grows when the response is unchanged.

The decay feature was already part of Prototype's 'Ajax.PeriodicalUpdater' but was not
accessible from the <s:autoUpdateDataTable/> tag.

I think access to this feature will be quite useful.
