popup calendar position wrong when in relative container

      Description

      When the calendar control is in a relatively postioned parent container the calendar is placed in the wrong position.

        This patch fixes a couple of things.

        1) Check the calculated styles to account for linked style sheets instead of just inline styles. (function getStyle)
        2) Account for absolute and relatively positioned parent elements.
        3) Iterate until offset Parent is null.
        4) The parent element could be BODY or HTML tag
