year is not displayed correctly when using inputCalendar component on 2 portlets in 1 page

      Description

      If you use inputCalendar on 2 portlets in 1 page, the year value in the popup calendar is displayed as 3906, not 2006. The cause seems to be calling jscalendarInit() twice.
