inputDate (calendar) and French Locale

    Description

      When the French Locale is enabled, the calendar gives me "Today is jeu., 18 ao& 2005" instead of something like "Nous sommes le jeu. 18 août 2005" .
      So there is a problem with the french translation and the charset.
