Description

A component which impl. UserRoleAware, e.g. <t:commandLink/> and <t:commandButton/> should use another CSS-sytle if the user hasn't the role of the attribute 'enabledOnUserRole'.
The idea is that a disabled link could be rendered e.g. in grey and so on do signal the user that there is an action, which can't be used currently.

New Attributes:

• enabledOnUserRoleStyle or disabledStyle
• enabledOnUserRoleStyleClass or disabledStyleClass
