non-modal-mode for popups does not work properly

    Description

      If a popup is marked as non modal, the user should be able to execute buttons and fill out form-fields. Both is not possible in IE (here also the style of links and buttons changes to disabled). In Firefox it looks better but still: form-fields cannot be filled out.
