[TOBAGO-1566] Enhance the check of the Facelet pages

Description

Currently, there is a check for deprecated attributes in the facelet pages.
But it seems, there is no a real option to check, if all attributes which are used are defined in the taglib.xml.

So, we will extend the check. It will be very useful for migrating from Tobago 2.0.x to 3.0.x.
