[TINKERPOP-2291] TraversalExplanation deserialization in GraphSON

Description

We currently coerce TraversalExplanation to Map which works well for GLVs but doesn't work so well for Java itself where GraphSON deserialization requires a symmetrical derser operation.

Leads to errors like:

org.apache.tinkerpop.shaded.jackson.databind.JsonMappingException: Could not deserialize the JSON value as required.
