Description

We have a section for all the steps. We should add a section for "terminal steps" which has toList(), toSet(), next(), tryNext(), hasNext(), next(integer), fill(Collection), iterate(), etc. described. This section would be much like the General Steps section in that it discusses all terminals in one section.
