      Description

Currently the Locale resolution made by Tiles is different to, say, the one used by Struts.
Once a central point of resolving current Locale has estabilished, we should provide support for it.

This is a long standing issue, and I believe the best solution is to have people implement a LocaleResolver when they design Tiles integrations (like the struts/tiles plugin).
Spring has a good example in org.springframework.web.servlet.view.tiles2.SpringLocaleResolver.

We should also consider providing the option of disabling localization entirely, since it currently uses much less memory, as reported by Pierre Boudreau
