Description

I am attempting to write my own tika-config.xml to configure Tesseract, leveraging what was done in TIKA-2705, instead of using the property file method. To help me understand what is happening I am running in --verbose mode, so seeing the specific parameters sent to Tesseract would be useful. This is to display the Tesseract parameters.
