Obtain new Miredot license key and upgrade plugin version in tika-server

      Description

      As per our recent mailing list conversation http://www.mail-archive.com/dev%40tika.apache.org/msg20558.html our Miredot license has expired.
      The kind folks over at Miredot have provided us with a new key it is valid until January 31st, 2020 after which we are free to request a new key.
      Thanks Miredot!

          Sadly http://tika.apache.org/1.14/miredot/ and friends remain broken. Could someone who understands miredot (Lewis?) please do the required steps to republish the existing broken REST API references with the new miredot key + document the steps somewhere? (eg https://wiki.apache.org/tika/ReleaseProcess which mentions copying generated miredot files, but not the steps required to get them to appear)
