Support making structs immutable

    Description

      It'd be nice to be able to "freeze" an object so that you can be certain any attempts to change its members will fail. There would be some situations in which it would be difficult or impossible to ensure that setting an object to immutable would be successful, but I think that covering the remaining cases would be pretty great.
