Description

 The 0.14.0 not on pypi repository makes it impossible to install 0.14.0 from pypi.

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement thrift==0.14.0 (from versions: 0.8.0, 0.9.
0, 0.9.1, 0.9.2, 0.9.3, 0.10.0, 0.11.0, 0.13.0, 0.14.0.post2, 0.14.1, 0.14.2, 0.15.0)
