    Description

      The netstd library needs some refactoring plus some minor bugfixes:

      • remove unnecessary CTOR overloads
      • fix some unused CTOR args
      • fix incorrect Dispose pattern implementations
      • fix misc. hints that the VS IDE brings up regarding initialization, variable usage, etc
